DDA 108: The Key to Success Can Be Found in Your Fears w/ Becca Reed Smith
Becca Reed Smith is a Trauma Therapist and Mindset Coach whose straightforward guidance supports highly motivated, introspective women in fostering feelings of safety, confidence, and empowerment as they learn how to nurture their nervous systems, befriend their fear, and stand in their power.
Since 2008, she has been supporting her clients in moving from surviving to thriving through her unique blend of practical brain science and woo-woo soulfulness. Her coaching philosophy is centered on the belief that our thoughts become our reality and when we change our thoughts, we change our lives.
She supports her clients in breaking through limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns by creating heart-centered skills and routines that fit their lifestyle. Her innate ability to deeply connect with her clients and hear what they aren’t saying sets her apart from other healers in her field. She has even artfully mastered the ability to lovingly call her clients on their BS in a way that makes them thankful she did so! She wants all women to master their mindset so they can easily move through self-doubt, create the life they desire, and fully understand they are truly enough in this world.
